- Turn on a dropdown suburb selector at checkout
- Limit customer selection to only the suburbs you service
Step by step
- Go to Settings > Delivery Options in the dashboard.
- Open the Delivery main settings.
- Turn on the option to show a suburb dropdown at checkout.
- Save your settings customers will now choose from your list rather than typing a suburb.
Tips
- Make sure your suburb list is complete and up to date before turning this on, or customers may not find their suburb.
- This reduces failed or incorrect deliveries caused by misspelled suburb names.
