Managing Delivery Costs & Locations

Importing & Exporting Suburbs / Postcode Lists and Costs

Rather than adding suburbs one at a time, you can import a whole list of suburbs, postcodes and delivery costs in one go a real time-saver when setting up delivery for the first time or expanding into a new region.

What you can do here

  • Export your current suburb/postcode list and delivery costs to a file
  • Import a list of suburbs, postcodes and costs in bulk
  • Update pricing across many suburbs at once

Step by step

  1. Go to Settings > Delivery Options > Delivery Suburbs / Postcodes.
  2. To export, click Download CSV File to save your current list.
  3. To import, click Import List and upload your prepared file.
  4. Review the results after import to confirm everything loaded correctly.

Tips

  • Export your current list first so you have the correct column format to work from before making bulk changes.
  • Double-check delivery costs in your file before importing an import overwrites existing entries for matching suburbs.
  • Keep a backup copy of your list before a large import, in case you need to revert.
