Adding suburbs and postcodes tells your website exactly where you deliver and what to charge so customers only ever order to areas you can actually service.
What you can do here
- Add individual suburbs or postcodes to your delivery area
- Set a delivery charge for each one
- Assign a suburb to a specific store or location if you have more than one
Step by step
- Go to Settings > Delivery Options > Delivery Suburbs / Postcodes.
- Click to add a new suburb or postcode.
- Enter the suburb name and postcode.
- Set the delivery charge for that suburb.
- Save the suburb is now available for customers to select at checkout.
Tips
- Add suburbs in small batches as you expand your delivery area, checking pricing makes sense against distance and fuel costs.
- If you`re adding a lot of suburbs at once, use the import option instead of adding them one by one.
- Keep suburb names consistent with how customers actually search for them (e.g. common local names).
