View the subscribers
Go to Marketing & Seo > Marketing Tools > View Contact List to see everyone who has subscribed to your email marketing.

- See your total number of subscribers
- Look up individual subscriber details
- Check when each person joined your list
Step by step
- Go to Marketing & Seo in your dashboard.
- Select Marketing Tools.
- Click View Contact List.
- Browse the list to see your subscriber count and details, including when each person signed up.
Tips
- Check this list regularly to see how your signup prompts (pop-ups, checkout opt-ins, footer forms) are performing.
- A growing list is one of your most valuable marketing assets, since it`s a direct line to customers who already like your store.
- Look for patterns in signup dates to see which promotions or campaigns bring in the most new subscribers.
Ask the assistant
You can also ask the assistant to help you check on your subscribers, for example:
- "How many subscribers do I have?"
- "Show me my email subscriber list"
- "When did my newest subscriber join?"
