Deleting product image
Removing an outdated or incorrect photo keeps your catalogue looking sharp and accurate.
What you can do here
- Replace the main product photo
- Remove additional/extra photos attached to a product
Step by step
- Go to Dashboard > Products .
- Open the product with the photo you want to remove.
- To remove the main photo, click the upload field and upload a new image this replaces the old one automatically.
- To remove an additional photo, find it and click the delete/remove icon next to it, then confirm the removal.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
Tips
- Always have at least one photo live on a product a product with no image looks unfinished to customers.
- The main photo can`t be deleted on its own you`ll need to upload a new one in the product upload field to replace it.
- After uploading a new image and saving, the change might not show straight away due to caching. Open the product page in an incognito/private browser window to check it`s updated.
