The order management screen is where every order that comes through your website lands, giving you one place to see, prepare and fulfil everything a customer has bought.

What you can do here

  • See order details recipient, delivery date, items, payment status
  • Move an order through its basic workflow stages: received, being made, ready for pickup/delivery, delivered
  • Print order slips and cards for your florists to work from

Step by step

  1. Go to Dashboard > Orders > View Pending.
  2. New orders appear at the top of the list as they come in.
  3. Click into an order to see full details recipient, message, delivery date and items ordered.
  4. Update the order`s status as it moves through your workflow (e.g. mark as printed, then delivered).
  5. Print the order or card if you work from paper in your workshop.

Tips

  • Check your order queue first thing each day, especially around busy occasions like Mother`s Day and Valentine`s Day.
  • If you run multiple florists or drivers, look at the Advanced Workflow section it lets you assign orders to specific people and locations.
