If you operate more than one store location, or split preparation work across multiple florists, the Advanced Workflow lets you assign incoming orders to the correct florist or location.
Go to Dashboard > Workflow > Order Workflow.
From the Pending Orders column, assign each order to the florist or location responsible for preparing it. This moves the order into the Allocated Orders stage for that florist.
Allocation makes sure every order is clearly owned by one location, avoiding duplicate preparation or orders being missed when work is split across more than one team or site.
