These are completed orders ready for a driver to collect from your store for delivery, distinct from orders you are handling yourself.
Go to Dashboard > Workflow > Order Workflow and look for the Driver Pickup column.
Once the driver collects the order, move it to Orders On Route so its status reflects it is now out for delivery.
