These are orders that have been printed for preparation - the physical order docket or card has been produced and the arrangement is being made.
Go to Dashboard > Workflow > Order Workflow and look for the Printed / Making column.
Once the arrangement is ready, move it to the next stage depending on how it will be fulfilled - Orders Made waiting for In Store Pickup, Orders Made waiting for Driver Pickup, or straight to Orders On Route if you are delivering it yourself.
