eWay is a payment gateway that lets you accept credit card payments securely on your website, with both a standard and a Rapid API integration available.
What you can do here
- Connect your eWay account using your eWay ID, or your Rapid API Key and Password.
- Set a surcharge percentage to pass on card processing fees.
Step by step
- Go to Settings > Payment Options > eWay in your dashboard.
- Tick Use eWay to enable it as a payment option.
- Enter your eWay ID.
- Enter a surcharge percentage if you want to pass on card fees (for example, 2.5).
- If you`re using eWay Rapid, tick Use eWay Rapid and enter your Rapid API Key, Rapid Password and Public Key.
- Save your settings.
Tips
- Your eWay API credentials are available from your eWay account under the API Key section.
- Test with a small order after setup to confirm payments are being processed and appearing correctly in your eWay account.
