When Bloomkeeper has drafted something that needs your say-so, it goes into a queue called Ready for your okay.
Open it from the Bloomkeeper menu, or just ask: type "what needs my okay" and it will take you straight there.
Each item shows you what Bloomkeeper wants to change and what the new version says. Read it the way you would read anything before it goes on your website, because once approved, that is exactly what it becomes.
You can approve it, reject it, or send it back to be written again. If the wording is close but not quite you, editing it before you approve is the most useful thing you can do, because Bloomkeeper keeps that edit and learns from it. See When a Draft Does Not Sound Like You.
When a batch of similar items is sitting there, such as twenty suburb pages built from the same template, you can approve the lot at once. Read two or three properly first. If the pattern is right, the rest will follow it.
You can have Bloomkeeper email you a daily summary of what is waiting, so you do not have to remember to check. Set it up under Settings, covered in Bloomkeeper Settings and the Daily Digest.
