Turning On Bloomkeeper and the Terms of Use

Bloomkeeper sits in the main top menu of your dashboard. Click it to open it for the first time.

Accepting the Terms of Use

Before Bloomkeeper will do any work, you need to accept the Terms of Use. This is a one-off, and it is short on purpose. The four things it asks you to understand:

  • AI can get things wrong. Bloomkeeper can produce content that is inaccurate, out of date, or simply made up, even when it sounds confident. Always read it.
  • You are responsible for what goes live. Anything published on your store is your content, including anything Bloomkeeper drafted, and including when you choose a mode that publishes without your review.
  • It is provided as is. We do not guarantee rankings, AI mentions, traffic or orders. Search engines and AI platforms change constantly and are outside our control.
  • Liability. Enflexion Pty Ltd is not liable for incorrect AI generated information or for what you do with it, to the extent the law allows. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

Tick the box and click Enable Bloomkeeper. If you are not ready, click Not right now and nothing happens.

Until you accept

You can open Bloomkeeper, look around and read the Terms without accepting. What you cannot do is use it: saving answers, queueing work and asking it anything are all switched off until the terms are accepted.

If you are asked again later

If we materially change the wording, the version number changes and you will be asked to accept the new version once. An acceptance recorded against an older version does not carry over. This is deliberate, so you always know what you agreed to.

The full Terms are always available from the Bloomkeeper menu under Terms of Use.
