This template controls how your website contact form looks and what fields it includes.

What you can do here

  • Edit the contact form layout and field labels

Step by step

  1. Go to Design Dashboard -> Contact Form.
  2. Edit the template HTML to match your needs.
  3. Save and test the form on your site.

Tips

  • Keep contact forms short - name, email, and message is usually enough. Every extra field reduces submissions.
