Add the Facebook Pixel to your website through your dashboard
Once you have created the pixel in Meta you need to extract the Facebook Pixel ID from the code.
To activate the Facebook Pixel on your website, follow these steps:
- Go to the website dashboard Marketing & SEO
- Choose Marketing Tools
- Select Tracking Codes
- Scroll down and enter the Pixel ID in Facebook Pixel ID
- Click the Update Social Settings button
Activate the Facebook Pixel in Meta
- Go to Business Settings in Business Manager on Facebook
- Select your business
- Click Data Sources
- Select Pixels
- Click the Add button
- Type in a name for your pixel
- Enter your website URL (optional)
- Click Continue
- Click Set up the Pixel Now
- Copy the code to a text file and extract the Pixel ID
