Gift vouchers let your customers purchase credit to give to someone else. The recipient gets the voucher by email or SMS and redeems it as store credit on your website.

What you can configure
- Up to 8 preset price points, or allow customers to enter a custom amount
- Custom voucher image
- Custom text on the voucher
- Voucher validity period
How customers purchase a voucher
- Select an amount from your preset price points, or enter a custom amount.
- Enter the recipient's name, email address, and mobile number (Australian numbers only for SMS delivery).
- Enter their own name as the sender.
- Write a personalised message for the recipient.
- Choose a delivery date. The voucher arrives the same day or at 7 am on the selected date.
- Enter their own email address and phone number.
- Click Continue to Payment and complete the transaction.
Delivery can take up to 15 minutes to process.
How recipients redeem a voucher
- Visit the redemption page on your website.
- Enter the voucher code and their details to create an account, or log in if they already have one.
The voucher amount is added as credit to their account and can be used against any order.
Managing vouchers from your dashboard
From your dashboard you can:
- Run reports on purchased vouchers and their status
- Manually redeem a voucher on a customer's behalf
- Create a manual order using a voucher
