Outstanding Credit Notes
This report lists every credit note that`s been added to a customer account but not yet used, along with the amount still outstanding. It`s a handy way to see how much store credit is sitting unused across your customer base.
What you can do here
- See every unused credit note across all your customers in one place
- Check the amount still outstanding on each credit note
- Get a clear picture of the store credit "liability" you`re carrying at any time
Step by step
- Go to Dashboard > Customer.
- Look for Outstanding Credit Notes at the top of the page.
- Click on it to open the detailed report.
Why this matters
Outstanding credit notes represent a liability - value owed to customers that has not yet been redeemed. Reviewing this occasionally helps you understand how much store credit is sitting unused across your customer base.

- Check this report every so often so you`re never caught out by unredeemed credit sitting on customer accounts.
