My details & login
This is where you manage your own login to the Enflexion dashboard - your email address, password, and contact details on file with us. It`s separate from your customer-facing store settings.
What you can do here
- Update the email address and password you use to log in
- Change the contact name and phone number we hold for your account
- Review which staff members have their own dashboard logins
Step by step
- Log in to the dashboard, then click on your name at the top of the dashboard.
- Select Edit My Login Details.
- Update your name, email, or password as needed.
- Save your changes - you may be asked to log in again with your new details.
Tips
- Use a real, monitored email address here - it`s how we reach you about your account, billing, and support requests.
- If multiple staff use the dashboard, consider giving each their own login rather than sharing one, so you can track who made changes.
