What you can do here
- See how many gift vouchers are outstanding and still to be redeemed

Step by step
- Go to Dashboard > Marketing and SEO > Marketing Tools
- Click the Reports button at the top of the page
- Find the gift voucher reporting section
- Review your outstanding, redeemed, and total voucher figures
Tips
- Check this report regularly so outstanding vouchers don`t catch you by surprise
- Outstanding vouchers are money already received but not yet delivered as product, so factor this into your accounts
- Use the report to understand upcoming demand from customers who haven`t redeemed their vouchers yet
