Automated Workshop Notifications
Beyond sending one-off manual emails or SMS, workshops can automatically notify attendees at key points without you needing to remember to send anything.
What you can do here
- Send a confirmation email automatically the moment a customer books
- Send a reminder email automatically a day or two before the workshop
- Send a reminder SMS automatically a set number of days before the workshop
Workshop Email Template:
- Go to Dashboard > Marketing & SEO > Marketing Tools > Workshops.
- Click Edit Email.
- Update the banner image, marketing message, and email content for your workshop email template.
- Save your changes.
Step by step
- For email automation, go to Dashboard > Marketing & Seo > Marketing Tools > Workshops
- Open the workshop, and add your confirmation email text and reminder email text
- For SMS automation, go to Dashboard > Marketing & Seo > Marketing Tools > Workshops > Settings
- Edit the confirmation and reminder content for your SMS messages
Tips
- Keep your banner images light and on-brand so emails load quickly and look great on mobile
- Automated reminders reduce no-shows without any extra effort from you once they`re set up, since every attendee gets a timely nudge regardless of how far in advance they booked
