What you can do here
- Send a text message to everyone booked into a specific workshop date
- Let attendees know about last-minute changes, delays, or room moves
- Send a same-day reminder to boost attendance
Step by step
- Go to Dashboard > Marketing & SEO > Marketing Tools > Workshops
- Open the workshop and select the relevant date
- Choose to send an SMS to attendees
- Write your message and send
Tips
- SMS is best for time-sensitive updates - a room change, a delay, or a same-day reminder - where you want to be confident the message is seen quickly
- Keep your message short and clear so it`s easy to read on the go
- Rather than sending a manual SMS every time, set up an automatic reminder sent a set number of days before each workshop - see the Automated Workshop Notifications article
