List of all emails sent by software
This screen shows a complete log of system-generated emails sent from your store order confirmations, reminders, notifications, and more. You can also customise the content of each email and preview it before it goes out to your customer.
What you can do here
- Browse all outgoing automated emails
- Customise the content of an email and add your own message
- Send yourself a preview before the email goes to the customer
Step by step
- Go to Settings > Advanced settings > List of all emails sent by software.
- Find the email you are looking for.
- Add or edit content as needed, then click send preview to check how it looks.
Tips
- Before customising emails, set up your Master Email Template so you can choose your colours, banner, and logo see the article on the master email template for how to do this.
- Always send yourself a preview before sending a customised email to a customer, just to make sure everything looks right.
