Go to Dashboard > Settings > Checkout Options and find the Localisation Country Settings section.
Turn on Remove Postcode from Checkout. Use this if your country does not use postcodes as part of an address.
If you use Afterpay, Postcode must remain visible on your checkout, otherwise Afterpay will not work. You will see a warning on the Afterpay settings screen if this conflicts.
