Checkout customisations

Delivery surcharges

You can apply location-based surcharges for specific delivery destinations, such as shopping centres. This ensures customers are charged accurately based on where you are delivering.

Lead times

Set lead time requirements for different product categories. Use this for items that need extra preparation or processing time before they can be fulfilled.

Minimum order values

Set a minimum order value that is validated automatically during checkout. Orders below your threshold will not proceed.

Credit card surcharges

Apply a percentage-based surcharge for payments processed through Stripe, Square, or PayPal. Configure this in your payment settings.

Guest checkout

Allow customers to complete a purchase without creating an account. This reduces friction for first-time buyers and speeds up the checkout process.

Account creation at checkout

Customers can create an account during checkout by ticking a single box. They receive a confirmation email and account password automatically.

Pickup location notes

Add custom notes to each in-store pickup location. These notes appear at checkout and can include specific instructions for that location.

Pickup options display

Pickup options are shown as clickable buttons rather than a dropdown menu. When a customer selects pickup, the delivery-related fields are automatically removed from the form.

Real-time stock display

For products managed through your inventory system, current stock levels are shown in the shopping cart. Customers are alerted automatically if an item becomes unavailable before they complete their order.

Coupon codes

Customers can redeem discount codes, single-use offers, and delivery vouchers at checkout. The coupon entry interface handles all three types.
