Setting Up an Accounts Customer

You can add Account Customers to your Flower Store in a Box website really easily with a few small steps!

Set up a Members Level called Accounts

In the Marketing Menu go to Members Levels.

Click the blue button to add a new members level and call it Accounts

Create a Members level called Accounts

Add or edit the account customer

If the account customer is already a member of your website under Customers, search for them.

Otherwise choose the blue button add Customer

Edit the Customer so they are an account customer

Then choose the new members level Accounts and save the form.

That’s it!

Your account customer needs to login to your website with their username and password and they will be shown a button to “Pay by Account”.

The customer can then choose the option Accounts

Tracking Account Payments

When the order is displayed in your Orders it will say “Account” so you know you need to chase up payment.

The payment will show Account

Conclusion

It’s a great way of driving your regular account customers to your website and freeing up you are your staff’s valuable time!  If you need you can also have the Account option highlighted in the Tax invoice as well!
