Setup In Store Pickup (Click and Collect)

To set up an in store pickup there are a couple of things you need to set up.

Create the Store Location
Turn on In Store Pickup Option in the checkout
Setup the Pickup Times

You can read how the in store pickup works.

Create the Store Location

Start by going to the Checkout Settings menu in the side menu and then choose In Store Pickup, Hospital & Nursing Home Locations

In Store Pickup Locations

Click the button Add Location

Add Location

Enter the address of the store and choose the Pickup Type store

Enter Store Location Details

Make sure that the Suburb is listed in your delivery suburbs if you use limited suburbs, it must be exactly the same or it will not work.

Click Save

Turn on In Store Pickup Option in the checkout

In the side menu click the Checkout Settings and then Checkout Options

Checkout Options

Scroll down the screen until you see In Store Pickup

Check this option and then scroll down and Save

The Pickup is now live

Setup the Pickup Times

In Store Pickup times

If you would like to give the customer the ability to choose a time for the pickup like the below, please click Checkout Settings and then click Pickup Time Options.

Click the button Add Pickup Delivery Time button

It`s important that you make sure these are set correctly or you can restrict from ordering.

Pickup Time

This is the label that the customer seems on the checkout and you see in the dashboard, use some like AM / PM, Before 12 etc.

List Order

Enter a number from 0 - ... and this will then order the pickup options in ascending order on the checkout screen

Available Same Day

check the box if you want this pickup option to be available for same day orders.

Same Day Cut Off

Choose what time this pickup option is no longer avaialble for same day orders. For example if you have a pickup of 12 - 1pm you might want the option no longer available after 11am etc.

The option is chosen in 24 hour time IE 1pm => 13

Available Saturday

Check if this option is available on a Saturday

Available Sunday

Check if this option is available on a Sunday

Making the pickup time Mandatory

if you would like to force customers to choose a pickup time check the button here:

Be careful to make sure that at least one pickup time is always available or you will restrict customers from ordering.
