With the advanced Invoicing option, you gain more control over your invoices by having the ability to enter the following details:
- Due Date:
- You can specify a specific due date for the invoice. This allows you to set a deadline for when the payment should be made by the customer.
- Notes (Visible to the Customer):
- You can add notes to the invoice, which will be visible to the customer. These notes can include additional information, special instructions, or any relevant details pertaining to the order.
- Don’t Send Reminders to Customer for This Invoice:
- If necessary, you have the option to prevent automated reminders from being sent to the customer for this particular invoice. This can be useful for situations where you`ve already communicated with the customer separately and don`t want them to receive additional reminders.
You can access these options when creating a manual order, allowing you to tailor each invoice according to the specific requirements of the transaction. Additionally, if you need to modify details for an existing account order, you can still utilize the advanced Invoicing features to set the due date, add or edit notes, and control reminders.
