To identify each customer as an "Account Customer," follow these steps:
- Access the Customers Screen:
- Go to the "Customers" section in your dashboard.
- Search for an Existing Customer:
- If the customer already exists, use the search function to find their profile. Click on their name to access their details.
- Add a New Customer (if applicable):
- If the customer does not already exist in your database, click on the "Add Customer" option to create a new customer profile.
- Edit Customer Details:
- When editing an existing customer or adding a new one, you will have the option to select the new Members Level of "Accounts."
- Tag Customers as "Account Customers":
- In the customer profile, choose the Members Level "Accounts" to designate them as an "Account Customer." Save the changes.
- Sort Customers by Members Level:
- In the Customers screen, use the sorting function to display customers based on their Members Level. Select "Accounts" from the sorting options to view all your "Account Customers" at once.
By tagging each customer as an "Account Customer" using the Members Level "Accounts," you can easily identify and manage your regular customers for streamlined invoicing and improved customer relations.
