eMail Account Not working

If your email account is not working there are many reasons why this might be so.  Before contacting support please try the following:

1) Turn your computer or Smart Phone on and off.

2) Wait at least thirty minutes before trying to send and or receive email

3) Check your password is correct, you can do this by logging in to Webmail which is:

http://www.yourdomain.com.au/webmail/

where yourdomain.com.au is your actual website address.

If none of these work please contact support. 

Be aware that you WILL be locked out of your website and email if you attempt to log in to the email account with more than three wrong attempts.

Your website and email will be inaccessible for 30 minutes.
