We have recently implemented new measures to enhance email address management in our newsletter marketing module. These changes aim to maintain bounce rates and spam scores below the thresholds established by our provider, Amazon SES, ensuring optimal email deliverability.
We now employ a third-party email validation service to authenticate email addresses. All existing addresses in our newsletter database have been cleaned accordingly. To maintain high deliverability, we have adopted strict validation criteria. As a result, some valid email addresses may be marked as undeliverable if assigned an "unknown" or "risky" status.

For existing lists you may see a significant drop in the number of subscribers from the existing lists as many email addresses are removed as they cannot be validated.
Due to a high volume of bouncebacks from Bigpond email addresses, we regretfully cannot send marketing emails to these addresses or include them in your lists.
All new email addresses will be validated before being added to the marketing module, resulting in a 24-hour delay for new addresses syncing from your website. Please plan to set up newsletters 24 hours in advance.
Addresses must originate exclusively from your website, as we cannot guarantee the validity of addresses from other sources.
You will be restricted to sending a maximum of one email newsletter per day.
Lists that have been inactive for over 150 days (6 months) will need to be re-cleaned and validated. This can take a minimum of 24 hours so you should plan your email marking accordingly.
Email marketing, like support, is subject to fair usage limits, which will be enforced periodically. If you send newsletters to a list of fewer than 2000 addresses every month or two, you will not be affected. Should you exceed these limits, we will contact you to discuss available options.
